Be A Girl Like Me! Incorporated is a 501c(3) non profit founded October 27, 2013 by LaToya and Ariel Mobley. LaToya and Ariel also known as the Mobley girls are constantly striving to ensure B.A.G.L.M.’s success.
LaToya (pictured on the right) is the executive administrator and program manager of Be A Girl Like Me! Inc. She has a plethora of business experience including three Certificates in Business, and two Associates, one in Administrative Office Technology and Accounting from Columbus Technical College. She also has a Bachelors in Psychology from the University of Phoenix along with a Masters in Higher & Post-Secondary Education from Argosy University. LaToya has a love and a drive for business and education. She loves to devote her time mentoring girls and anyone in need of career counseling and future planning. LaToya is also an active member in her church where she is the Sunday School secretary, president of the Junior Usher Board, and the kids and preteens Vacation Bible School teacher. Some of her hobbies include crafting, DIY projects, watching sports, listening to music, reading, comedies, and spending time with friends and family. LaToya is a girl striving to bring change to the world and a girl just like you and me!
Ariel (pictured on the left) is the Public Relations and Digital Coordinator of Be A Girl Like Me! Inc. She has experience in integrated media including completing and graduating from Shaw High School’s Mass Communication Academy. She has an Associate’s Degree in Liberal Arts from Chattahoochee Valley Community College and is pursuing a Bachelors in Communication-Public Relations from Columbus State University. Ariel loves to utilize her speaking skills through motivational speaking, personal encouragement, and inspirational messages on social media. Ariel is also an active member of her church where she is the Sunday School treasurer and the pre-k and kindergarten Vacation Bible School teacher. Some of her hobbies include speaking, singing, drawing, listening to music, and spending time with family and friends. Ariel is a girl also striving to bring change to the world and a girl just like you and me!
The Mobley Girls were awarded the Unity with Pam Youth Service Community Award during their third appearance on the Unity with Pam television show.
