Diamonds of Success

What is the Diamond of Success Program?

“Diamonds don’t rest until they are a true success!” ~Be A Girl Like Me! Inc.

The Diamond of Success Program was launched to honor hard working women that are great examples in the community. Its purpose serves to expose our youth to a variety of careers that they may not have considered before. This is a program where we go out into the community and find women that carry themselves well in their career as well as their character. We want to show the youth how to be leading examples on and off the field. These individuals have an extensive background in education as well career experiences that can inspire the youth to strive for excellence. This is done through our Diamond in the Spotlight and our Diamonds of Success. The Diamond in the Spotlight honors women ages 30 and up for their hard work in the community paving the way for our jewels. Each diamond changes monthly to acknowledge women all over the world. Our Diamonds of Success are women over the age of 35 and have gone far and beyond to ensure that our community is brighter each and everyday. Each Diamond is acknowledge for two years. Part of our mission is to shape and mold the girl and this is our platform to give them a visual of our Lisa cartoon. This is our chance to show girls that there are Lisa’s in the community and to inspire them to be great characters throughout their lives.
