Who We Are

Mission
Be A Girl Like Me! Incorporated is a 501c(3) non profit founded October 27, 2013 by LaToya and Ariel Mobley. Be A Girl Like Me! Inc. is a Christian and multicultural non-profit organization that sheds a positive light upon what girls should strive to be. We strive to provide motivational and educational resources for success in all areas of life. We would like for women and girls to see not only the beauty of what God has provided us on Earth, but the beauty within themselves as well.

We implement programs where they are needed in the community to provide the necessary resources for everyone. We are also partnering with local nonprofits to help them with any assistance they need!

Our motto is “Continue to strive and you’ll see, what it’s like to Be A Girl Like Me!”

Our Goals:

-We strive to teach our youth to be productive citizens and their own role models.
-To provide an equal opportunity for everyone no matter who they are or where they come from.
-To show others that they are valued in the community.
-To educate, inspire, and motivate.
-To spread the love of Jesus Christ in everything we do.
-To put a smile on the face of everyone we come in contact with.

    • Yes ma’am and thank you!!! This is definitely not easy but well worth it. I (Ariel) handle all of the PR and social media pages for the nonprofit and blog and my sister (LaToya) handles all of the business and programs. We are heading into our fifth year and learning as we go. God has definitely been by our side through the whole process 🙂
