FASD Friday Fact:
“Why should I worry about alcohol use if I am not pregnant and not trying to get pregnant?
-If you drink alcohol and do use contraception(birth control) when you have sex, you might get pregnant and expose your baby to alcohol before you know you are pregnant.
-Nearly half of all pregnancies in the U.S. are unplanned. And many do not know they are pregnant right away. So, if you are not trying to get pregnant but you are having sex, talk to your heath care provider about using contraception consistently.”
P.S. These are facts from the information that are in the pamphlet toolkits. We are an organization that believes in abstinence and we want more people to aim for that. We do realize that people are entitled to their own decisions and will make their own decisions.
The reason why we share this information is because we want all of you to just think about your actions. Please think about the consequences before you do anything in life. We want you to be the best and strive for the best outcome. You know how you want to live your life. Be smart and think smart. As always stay awesome and beautiful! And remember we love you and God loves you even more! #BeAGirlLikeMe #FASDprevention #Babiesareagift #Godsgift #Jesuslovesyou
